Image Rights

Individuals participating in events organised by The Danish Business Chamber of Barcelona whose image is captured during such events agree to grant Danish Business Chamber of Barcelona a license to publish their image and/or content, hereinafter referred to as the “Content”. In this regard, participants authorize, free of charge, worldwide, without restriction or reservation and without time limitation, including after the end of their collaboration with Danish Business Chamber of Barcelona, the publication of the participant’s Content.

Consequently, this authorisation shall include:

(i) The right to reproduce and distribute the Content in any type of medium and format; specifically, the right to store, archive, and host the Content, as well as the right to reproduce and distribute the Content in relation to the Danish Business Chamber of Barcelona yearbook.

(ii) The right to publicly communicate the Content through any means of dissemination and communication networks, specifically on the Internet, social media, and the Danish Business Chamber of Barcelona website, as well as through its yearbook.

(iii) The right to transform the Content into all types of formats and presentations, including the possibility of retouching or modifying the Content, specifically for graphic, formatting, clarity, and/or color purposes, etc.

This license shall be valid in any language, worldwide, and without time limitation.
